- start drinking a shit ton of water
- weigh yourself everyday morning and night. look at what you fucking did to your progress.
- don’t eat until after 1 pm
- fast for at least 18 hours.
- start dropping your calories
- fast for a whole day. no excuses weigh before and after your fast
- look you dropped a pound. now stick fucking to it.
